On December 13, 2010, Halbert Hargrove achieved Investment Advisor Certification from the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX). CEFEX is an independent organization that works with investment advisory firms around the globe to assess their investment processes and systems—and their adherence to the highest standards of fiduciary best practices. Certification is a relatively rare distinction; we are the 50th investment advisory firm in the world to have earned it.
CEFEX's mission is to improve risk management for both institutional and retail investors. Working closely with investment fiduciaries and industry experts to provide comprehensive assessment programs, CEFEX helps determine the trustworthiness of investment fiduciaries.
