The role of Regional Director at Halbert Hargrove is to establish client relationships, determine client needs and ambitions, and follow through to create a Roadmap for the implementation of client objectives and HH investment discipline. They are a repository of client knowledge with the ability to direct HH's resources and Family Advisory Systemsm to help achieve client goals. The purpose of the Regional Director is to assist clients in all components of their financial life.

The Relationship Manager at Halbert Hargrove partners with the Regional Director in the day to day servicing of the client relationship. Two key elements of their role are maintaining a strong relationship with individual clients and overseeing an exhaustive and comprehensive set of functions, each critical to overall portfolio outcome. The Relationship Manager coordinates with the Regional Director in all wealth advisory services, investment decisions, and non-investment related issues.

The Client Service Manager at Halbert Hargrove acts as the specialist in all administrative, client documentation, and Halbert Hargrove systems. By maintaining an open communication with clients, the client service manager keeps all regulatory paperwork up to date and assists clients with the Halbert Hargrove website. The Client Service Manager works on a team with the Regional Director and Relationship Manager to attend to all clients needs.
