Cecilia T. Williams is a Trading Manager with Halbert Hargrove in Long Beach.
She joined the firm in 2006. Prior to becoming Trading Manager she worked as an Operations Specialist with the firm. She was responsible for the firm's trading and disbursement operations.
Cecilia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Finance/ Real Estate/Law cum laude from California State University at Long Beach in 2006.
Cecilia was awarded the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY™ designation by the University of Pittsburgh-affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies and she is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
