Timothy J. Anderson is a Managing Director of Halbert Hargrove in Long Beach.
Tim joined Halbert Hargrove in 1993. Previously based in London, England, he was a Founder, Principal and Director of Falcon Real Estate Investment Company, Ltd., serving institutional and individual property investors in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Between 1989 and 1991 Tim was Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank Private Banking, overseeing private client investments in the bank's Europe, Middle East and Africa divisions.
Prior to moving to London in 1988, Tim served 11 years with Russell Investment Group, advising institutional clients on their investment portfolios. He spent eight years in Russell's World Headquarters and three on a Canadian assignment in Russell's Toronto office.
Tim is a 1977 Business Administration graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, a CPA/PFS and has served in several leadership roles since 1993 at both the chapter and state levels with the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Tim was awarded the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY™ designation by the University of Pittsburgh-affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies.
Tim is a past Director and active member of the Long Beach Rowing Association, currently serves as a Director of the Southern California Rowing Foundation, and is a gold medalist in international rowing competition.
