E. William Langley is a Regional Director with Halbert Hargrove in Houston. Bill joined Halbert Hargrove in 2011. He is also the President of Langley, O’Grady & Associates, P.C. providing accounting, practice management services and financials planning for health care professionals and related firms.
Bill graduated from University of Hawaii with a BBA in Accounting in 1974 and went on to earn his MBA from the University of Houston in 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has also earned the specialist designation “Personal Financial Specialist” from the AICPA. Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the International Board of Standards and Practices Certified Financial Planners.
Bill was awarded the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY ANALYST ™ designation by the University of Pittsburgh-affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies.
