Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager, Brianna works closely with her HH team to help clients achieve their goals. A key focus of her role is ensuring that consistent attention is devoted to supporting their financial health. “I value our relationships and work diligently to provide above and beyond service,” she says. “And I value having the opportunity to engage with clients about what truly matters to them.” Brianna joined our Long Beach office in 2018.

Before HH, Brianna worked in consultative sales for Sears Holdings in Cerritos for close to six years—a role she held while also attending university. While at Sears, she assisted and educated customers about the products and options available to them, all the while working to foster a positive customer experience. She’s also worked as a volunteer at Coastal Primary Care in Huntington Beach, and served as an intern with Bellflower Unified School District’s Fiscal Services office.

Brianna earned a B.A. in Sociology from CSU Long Beach in 2017. She speaks both Spanish and Sicilian. From a young age, she’s helped her grandparents as a translator of Italian into English, particularly in navigating medical issues. A first-generation college graduate, she’s proud of helping to raise her five younger brothers.

Engaged to Darant, her high school sweetheart, Brianna is family-oriented in a big way. She enjoys spending time with her five “little” brothers whenever she can. Rounding out the family are two dogs and her cat, Prince. Prince is Brianna’s tag-along cat who enjoys family walks, trick–or–treating, and accompanying her door-to-door when she’s doing neighborhood fundraisings.
