Whether it’s deploying devices, making fixes to hardware and software, managing technical systems at events, or analyzing agreements for compliance, Joseph seeks out seamless, best-case approaches. He says, “I love being able to deliver family-style service and care. The culture here at HH enables me to flourish in this.” His IT wizardry, critical thinking, and drive to help our systems run without a hitch earn our esteem and gratitude every day.
Joseph joined our team in 2025 and is based in HH’s Long Beach office.
Joseph’s most recent prior employment includes working in IT as a Geek Squad agent and in procurement for Wismettac Asian Foods. He has worn many hats in his professional career, ranging from Uber-style fleet management to assessing visa applications for the Canadian government. Throughout, the common thread has been great client service—and utilizing his tech acumen to create and deliver solutions.
Joseph holds a BA in Asian Studies from Cal State University, Long Beach. He also earned an AA in Japanese from Long Beach City College; he’s a language aficionado and practices some five non-English languages on the side.
Among Joseph’s other outside-of-work passions are gaming on Discord with friends, and taking advantage of his annual pass at Disneyland with family and friends. His at-home family is his cat, affectionately named Babykitty: “She is my world!”
