I’ve made so many great friendships—I consider them family. I feel helpful in the work I do and that’s important to me. Our client teams count on Christin to pull together the documents and sign-offs needed to help get new clients settled in and new accounts launched. She’s a fabulous resource for questions about required forms, paperwork processes, and paper trails—and she’s always attuned to getting things right. We value her constant readiness to offer a helping hand.
Christin is based in our Long Beach office. Prior to joining us in 2013, she wore several hats for ProMedia Publishing in Santa Ana as an event coordinator and membership coordinator/receptionist. She has also worked in customer operations, office management, and as a customer service representative.
Christin is happiest when with her family—which includes her son, her husband, and her 3 little girls—whether it’s spending the weekend at Disneyland or staying home playing with Playdough and watching movies. Also high on her list are travel, country music, Thai food, and sports. Christin grew up in a military family, which, she says, helped her to adapt to change and learn how to conquer shyness and become “a people person who can make friends with anyone.”
My dad was in the military so we moved a lot. I was transferred to three different elementary schools and grew up in six different houses.
