Why I Love My Job
HH has built a phenomenal culture. I could not be more enthusiastic to be a part of it. We attract people who are devoted to providing excellence to our clients as well as to one other. I love that I get to play a role in helping our clients reach their financial goals.
We invited Kylie to join our Long Beach team in2023 and she now serves as an Operations Analyst, following a year’s internship at HH while she completed her Bachelor’s studies.
Kylie’s formal responsibilities include trading, analytics, and recons. Where she truly shines is in
in getting things accomplished – and in her commitment to meeting clients’ needs, big
and small.

Kylie received her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from California
State University Long Beach in 2023. A graduate of the CSULB Honors Program, her
Senior Thesis research focused on financial literacy in college students. As Vice President
of CSULB’s Beach Investment Group program, she helped manage three investment
portfolios for the university. She was awarded the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY™ designation by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, the certification division of Fi360 that is responsible for ongoing management of the program.
Kylie enjoys working out at the gym and running. Being outside grounds her: “I love
getting fresh air whether that’s reading at a park or hiking different trails.” Keen about
travelling, Santorini and Florence are among her favorite destinations thus far.
Fun Fact
I was a CPR-certified lifeguard in high school – and performed two rescues.
